This page lists key subprocessors and service providers Semiora may use to deliver, secure, bill, and support the Services.

Subprocessors may change as Semiora evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page.

Current Subprocessors

  • Cloudflare: CDN, WAF, DDoS protection, bot mitigation, cookie consent, edge services, request metadata, and security events.
  • Paddle: subscription checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, refunds, fraud prevention, and billing support.
  • Google: calendar and workspace integrations when connected by a user.
  • Microsoft: calendar and Outlook integrations when connected by a user.
  • Meta: Instagram, Facebook Page, Messenger, and automation webhook processing when connected by a user.
  • Email delivery providers: transactional email delivery for authentication, booking, notification, and support messages.
  • Hosting and database providers: production application hosting, storage, backups, and infrastructure operations.

Data Processed

The exact data processed by each provider depends on which Semiora features a customer uses and which integrations are connected.

Updates

Semiora may update subprocessors to improve reliability, security, performance, or feature coverage. Customers with contractual notice requirements should contact support for enterprise arrangements.
