Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Semiora’s policy for subscription refunds, cancellations, and billing support.

Effective: April 16, 2026Last updated: May 5, 2026

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing support work for Semiora subscriptions and paid booking features.

Semiora is operated as a personal startup from Kholahati, Gaibandha Sadar, Bangladesh.

For billing, cancellation, or refund help, contact supportsemiora@gmail.com.

Semiora Subscriptions

Semiora subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Paddle policy.

If you cancel a subscription, cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless checkout or applicable law states otherwise.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, plan downgrades, or account inactivity except where required by law or Paddle policy.

Paddle Payments

Semiora uses Paddle and may use other payment providers to process payments. Depending on the payment flow, Paddle may act as merchant of record, reseller, payment processor, or payment infrastructure provider.

Paddle buyer terms, checkout terms, refund policy, tax rules, dispute handling, and legally required withdrawal rights may apply in addition to this Refund Policy.

If Paddle is the merchant of record for your purchase, Paddle may handle refund decisions, tax adjustments, dispute processes, and payment reversals under its own policies.

Failed, Duplicate, or Unauthorized Payments

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or did not authorize a payment, contact us as soon as possible at supportsemiora@gmail.com.

We may ask for account details, checkout identifiers, transaction references, and a short explanation so we can investigate with Paddle or the relevant payment provider.

How to Request Support

To request billing or refund support, email supportsemiora@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Semiora account when possible.

  • Include your Semiora account email.
  • Include the transaction date, amount, currency, and Paddle receipt or transaction ID if available.
  • Explain whether you are asking about a Semiora subscription or a paid booking with a Host.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in a reasonable manner.
