  • Service providers that help us run the Services.
  • Integrations you enable (such as calendars or video tools).
  • Legal or safety requirements.

Google Workspace API Limited Use Disclosure

Semiora uses Google Workspace APIs only to provide user-facing calendar and email features that you choose to enable, such as calendar synchronization, meeting scheduling, and sending booking-related emails from connected Google accounts.

The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Semiora does not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Semiora does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure the Services, comply with law, or with your explicit direction.

Service Providers & Subprocessors

We use third-party providers (“service providers” or “subprocessors”) to help operate the Services (for example hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, and payment processing).

Payments & Paddle

When you buy a Semiora subscription, pay for a booking, receive a paid booking, or connect a payment account, payment-related information may be processed by Paddle or another supported payment provider.

Depending on the payment flow, Paddle may act as merchant of record, reseller, payment processor, or payment infrastructure provider. Paddle may collect and process payment details, tax information, billing address, transaction identifiers, fraud-prevention signals, and refund or dispute records under its own terms and privacy notices.

Semiora does not store full card numbers. We may store payment provider references, subscription status, transaction status, refund metadata, and billing support records needed to operate the Services.

Analytics

We use analytics to understand how the Services are used, improve performance, and reduce errors.

You may be able to control analytics through cookie controls, browser settings, or opt-out mechanisms where required by law.

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

We may share limited information with vendors and processors who help us operate the Services (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics, or customer support), under contractual obligations to protect it.

If Semiora is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We will take steps to ensure your information remains protected and provide notice where required by law.
